public interest organizations concerned with the environmental
consequences of nuclear power generation. CNP's mandate has
been endorsed by over 300 public interest groups from across
Canada. CNP's national office is located in Ottawa, Ontario,

is a consumer and environment research team, active in the
fight against nuclear power, and dedicated to resource conservation,
economic efficiency, and effective utility regulation.

It presents their position that transporting spent fuel in

N-Base Nuclear Information
Service
The N-Base Database focuses on the UK civil nuclear industry,
particlarly the reprocessing industry at Sellafield and Dounreay;
plutonium production; decommisioning; waste production, management
and storage; radioactive discharges into the sea and air;
the transportation of nuclear fuel, waste and other radioactive
material; health, and numerous other related issues.
